| Contact form submissions Name, email, website, sector, message | To reply to your enquiry and to scope any work you go on to agree. | Up to 12 months |
| Email correspondence Anything you send to the inbox | To hold the conversation and to keep a record of what was agreed. | Duration of business records |

| Google Fonts Lora and Alegreya Sans | The typefaces this site is set in are requested from Google when a page loads. | Not stored by this site |
Nothing else is collected. This site runs no account system, no login and no newsletter.
Google Analytics 4 is running on this site
It records anonymised usage information: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and how visitors arrived. It does not identify you personally and it is not used for advertising.
Browser privacy settings and extensions that block analytics scripts will prevent the measurement entirely. Nothing on this site stops working as a result.
Said plainly because some sites claim to use no tracking while running analytics anyway. This one runs analytics, and this is where it says so.
How the contact form handles what you send
The form is processed by StaticForms, which passes the contents to the ND Media LTD inbox. Your details are not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with any third party for marketing.
The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send, and, where work follows, performance of a contract.
What you can ask for
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@seoandover.uk and it will be actioned and confirmed back to you.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection, about how any request was handled.
Asked most often about privacy
Does this site use analytics?
Yes. Google Analytics 4 is running on this site and it records anonymised information about how pages are used, such as which page was viewed and roughly which country the visit came from. It is not used to identify individual people.
Does this site set advertising or tracking cookies?
No advertising cookies, no remarketing pixels and no third-party tracking beyond the Google Analytics 4 measurement described above. Nothing on this site sells or shares data with advertisers.
What happens to what I type into the contact form?
It is transmitted by StaticForms, a form-handling service, and delivered to the ND Media LTD inbox. It is used to reply to your enquiry and to carry out any work you go on to agree, and for nothing else.
How long is my enquiry kept?
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where an engagement follows, the correspondence is kept for as long as the business records relating to it need to be kept.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Email hello@seoandover.uk and ask. You do not need to give a reason, and it will be confirmed to you once it is done.
