The AI Visibility Sprint
Seven days, a fixed fee of £400, and one document at the end of it. It answers a single question honestly: where does your business currently stand in Google and in the answers assistants are writing about your category?
It exists because the alternative is a monthly commitment made on a guess.
What happens, in order
| Stage | What happens | Output |
|---|---|---|
| Days one and two Reading the water | Your buyers’ real questions written down, then asked of ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot. Every response saved verbatim with its date. | Dated transcripts |
| Day three The Google record | Where you currently appear for those same questions, plus a technical pass over indexing, structured data and business details. | Baseline record |
| Days four to six The fixes | Five changes chosen for the clearest link between a problem found and a change made, then shipped rather than recommended. | Five shipped fixes |
| Day seven The written record | One document containing the transcripts, the baseline, the fixes with before and after, and the date the whole thing is re-run. | The Sprint document |
fixed fee The schedule and its outputs are ND Media LTD's own defined scope for this piece of work.
What the record actually contains
- Verbatim transcripts, dated
Exactly what each assistant said, copied without editing, including the parts that are unflattering or simply wrong.
An assistant declining to name anyone in your category gets recorded too, because an empty answer is itself the finding.
- Your Google position for the same questions
Not a vanity keyword list. The questions a buyer types before they enquire, and where you sit for each one on the day it was checked.
- The five fixes, before and after
What was wrong, what was changed, and what it looks like now. Written so that someone else could verify each one without asking me.
- A re-check date and the exact method
The date, and the questions word for word, so the comparison is genuinely like for like whether I run it or you do.
What is fixed and what is not
| Element | What is fixed about it | Figure |
|---|---|---|
| The fee | Agreed in writing before any work starts. It does not move afterwards. | £400 |
| The duration | Seven days from the day the work opens, not from the enquiry. | 7 days |
| The fixes | Shipped inside the Sprint, not handed over as recommendations. | 5 fixes |
| The commitment after | There is none. No rolling agreement, no automatic renewal. | None |
fixed fee Every figure on this page is an ND Media LTD price or scope commitment, not a projection or an estimate.
What the Sprint does not do: it does not promise a ranking, a citation, or a number of enquiries. These systems are not deterministic and no honest supplier can commit to their output.
What it does is replace a guess with a dated record, at the lowest price I can do the work for properly.
What usually happens next
Some businesses take the document, implement the rest themselves, and that is the end of it. That is a perfectly good outcome and the document is written so it is possible.
Others move onto the retainer from £600 a month, usually because the Sprint made it obvious which of the missing pages actually needed writing. Either way, the decision comes after the evidence rather than before it.
Asked most often about the Sprint
What do I actually receive at the end of the Sprint?
One document. It contains the dated transcripts of what four AI assistants said about your category and your business, a record of your current Google position for the questions that matter, the five fixes that were made, and the date the whole thing gets re-run.
Why five fixes rather than a longer list?
Because five things actually shipped are worth more than forty things listed in a document that never gets implemented. The fixes chosen are the ones with the clearest link between the problem found and the change made.
What happens if the Sprint finds that everything is already fine?
Then that is the finding, it goes in the document with the evidence, and you have paid £400 to learn that your money is better spent elsewhere. That is a legitimate result and it gets reported as plainly as any other.
Does the Sprint commit me to a retainer afterwards?
No. It is a one-off piece of work with a fixed fee, and there is no automatic continuation, no rolling agreement and no charge that follows it. If a retainer makes sense, that is a separate conversation started by you.
How is the re-check handled if I do not continue?
The re-check date is in the document and the exact questions used are written down, so you can run them yourself and compare. Nothing about the method is kept deliberately opaque to make you dependent on me.
